For any contracts signed after 1 August 2025, the seller must provide a Body Corporate Certificate to the buyer.

Simply complete the form on the right, pay the fee and we will email it to you (or your agent, if you prefer).

If you would like to arrange alternative payment method (eg cash or EFT), please call or email our office. Please note that payment is required BEFORE we will provide the Certificate.

​When will I get my Certificate? 

It can take up to 5 business days for us to prepare the Certificate.

If you require the statement within 24 business hours, please order an Urgent Certificate at a total cost of $125.51.

I'm acting for a buyer. What's the difference between a full form 33 and just getting the financial information?

While the buyer and seller can only be charged $84.10 plus GST for the information (plus and urgency fee if required), our office cannot produce the information for this fee. Therefore, we will charge the body corporate an additional charge for every form 33 we produce to account for the time it takes. This additional fee will affect the future levies for the buyer, so if you only require the financial information, please just order that to save your client money in the future.
