Disclosure Statements are a statement by the seller that needs to be provided with the contract before the buyer signs.

We can provide you with the basic information you will need to complete this statement. Simply complete the form on the right, pay the fee and we will email it to you (or your agent, if you prefer).

If you would like to arrange alternative payment method (eg cash or EFT), please call or email our office. Please note that payment is required BEFORE we will provide the statement.

When will I get my Disclosure Statement? 

We will generally have the statement sent to you within 24 hours from the time of payment.
