Precision Body Corporate Management provides a range of management and consultancy services in relation to body corporates.

We can be engaged as the manager for a body corporate, and assist with the administrative, secretarial and treasury functions of the body corporate and the committee. Our experienced staff can assist with all types of complexes, from small two lot schemes through to large complexes, as well as resort complexes, commercial developments and mixed use complexes.

Precision Body Corporate Management can also assist developers and other professionals in establishing a new body corporate. From design through to registration, we can work with the developer, surveyor, solicitor and the council to ensure the path to registration is as smooth as possible.
History
Precision Body Corporate Management (PBCM) was established in 2011 to meet a demand in the market in central Queensland. Our Business Manager and Director, Lucinda Doughty, had previously worked in Body Corporate Management for over 6 years, and prior to that as a lawyer dealing primarily with property law.
We have grown steadily since 2011, and our growth allowed us to open our Rockhampton office in 2016.

As new staff members have joined our team, we are pleased to say that our experience covers a wide range of fields, including real estate sales, property management, body corporate, accounting, banking, finance and business.
